Abstract: Abandoned stope disposal and pressure relief mining are common technical problems in the mining field. The existing goaf treatment technology is either expensive to construct or unresolved the problem; the existing pressure relief concept and theory are not mature, so when using the existing pressure relief technology to implement the pressure relief mining, only some specific pressure relief theory can be taken into account, and the effect of pressure relief mining is not good, resulting in incorrect or questionable construction technology. On the basis of grooving and caving, the original idea of pressure relief is put forward, and the supporting pressure theory and plate theory of pressure relief mining are summarized. On the basis of these theories, the horizontal to gently inclined goaf treatment method, steeply inclined goaf treatment method, pressure relief mining and goaf treatment method of steeply inclined ore body mining and design and construction technology system are invented, and the design and construction technology system of pressure relief effect superior to the existing method is established. 采空区处理及卸压开采是采矿领域普遍存在的技术难题。已有的采空区处理技术要么施工昂贵,要么不解决问题;已有卸压理念和理论并不成熟,利用现有卸压工艺实施卸压开采时只能兼顾某种特定的卸压理论,卸压开采效果不佳,导致施工工艺不正确或值得商榷。在切槽放顶的基础上原创了切顶卸压理念,并总结了卸压开采的支承压力理论和板理论。在这些理论的基础上,发明了水平至缓倾斜采空区处理方法、急倾斜采空区处理方法、急倾斜矿体开采的卸压开采与采空区处理方法及设计与施工技术体系,建立了卸压效果优于已有方法的井巷掘进钻孔爆破卸压的设计与施工技术体系。
